Shipping policy

We pride ourselves in handling your orders quickly, with most in-stock items shipping within 24-48 hours from our distribution center. Should your order include multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages and at variable times based on availability. We do not currently accept international orders.

Processing Times

All orders are processed within 3 business days. Orders are processed on Tuesday-Friday.

Non processing days are Monday, Saturday, Sunday, and holidays

Shipping Times

Off Peak Holiday Season

Regular delivery: 5-8 business days
Express delivery: 2-3 business days
Overnight delivery: 1-2 business days

Peak Holiday Season

Regular delivery: 10-12 business days
Express delivery: 5-7 business days
Overnight delivery: 2-3 business days

Express/Overnight Shipping

Express or overnight orders placed after 10 am EST will ship on the next business day (Tuesday-Friday)

Live Plants 
Live plants are shipped overnight (Tuesday-Friday) Orders received after 10am Friday will be shipped the following Tuesday. 

International Shipping

At the time we do not offer shipping to US territories, AK, HI, PO boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, and international addresses
